Dr. Smith and his entire staff are amazing. I have been seeing him and his office since I was 17 years old and still 20 years later he was my go to when I messed my shoulder up, they did every test to be sure but I ended up needing surgery. The surgery was a easy process with quick and detailed information along the way. My recovery has been a tough road but because of Dr Smith and his office I didnt have to stress over much just getting better. If you need a Orthopedic Surgeon or just a great office to go to I highly recommend. Until the day he retires he and his staff will alway be my top choice. Thank you to Dr Smith and his entire staff for everything yall are amazing!!!!!!

Three years ago I had a TKR of my left knee, recently I had the right TKR. This time immediately after discharge they gave me a Post-Operative Advanced IV Hydration infusion in the office. I truly believe it has helped me recover faster. I feel better, the bruising and swelling is diminishing rapidly. My physical therapy is progressing. Staples removed yesterday and opted for another infusion and feel better today. My pain level is lower than it has been in two plus weeks.
Also the cold water ice machine was a blessing for the first two weeks.
They are why I come back to Alabama for my orthopedic surgeries and recovery. It is reassuring to have a team you respect and trust caring for you.

I can’t say enough good things about this group. I had suffered for years with back pain, numbness in my feet and legs, and balance issues. I finally found Dr. Smith and his amazing staff. I no longer have those problems! They gave me a new outlook on life.
My experience with Dr. Smith came when my wife injured her back at work and suffered a partial slipped disc. Dr. Smith made my wife feel comfortable and the surgery went well. Years later I began having horrible back pain so I went to see Dr Smith and he recommended surgery. He removed my L4 disc and placed rods and screws. The surgery went well. I had the surgery on a Friday, the Sunday after surgery the Dr called me at home personally to see how I was doing. Dr. Smith cares about his patients and is a great surgeon. I would and have recommended him to family and friends.
